great location clean room secure hotel
The hotel's location is great. King's cross and st pancras are close. the rooms were recently refurbished to a good standard, so they are clean. the hotel feels secure as guests need to be buzzed in.

The hotel has a beautiful garden where I enjoyed quiet moments. Staff members were attentive and friendly, offering personal attention. My room included tea and coffee making facilities, convenient. The shower room had plenty of hot water (a real treat after a long day!).
I found the room to be quite small. Storage space was limited as there was no wardrobe available.

friendly staff luggage storage outdoor area clean facilities
The staff was friendly. I could leave my luggage there after checking out to do more shopping. The outside seating area was a nice touch. The shower worked VERY well, and the facilities were clean.
The stairs are narrow. It was hard to take the luggage up, as the lift was not working.

convenient location helpful staff clean room broken lift basic room inconsistent hot water
the location was convenient for king's cross station. staff were friendly and helpful . the room was clean upon arrival.
the lift was out of service , which meant carrying luggage up stairs. the room felt quite basic for the price paid. the shower had some issues with consistent hot water.

The location was a treasure, very close to King's Cross. The staff were kind and cute. They helped me with directions and local tips. I found the room very clean. It had fresh linens and super clean surfaces.
